Marketing and Digital Coordinator

SlavinRaphael is a leading Canadian fashion agency with nearly 40 years of experience representing top apparel and footwear brands. We're known for professionalism, trend insight, and strong brand partnerships.

We're looking for a proactive, organized Marketing Coordinator to support multi-channel campaigns, digital platforms, and retail marketing across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns across retail, e-commerce, social, and digital.
  • Track timelines and deliverables; manage asset flow.
  • Help create product copy, newsletters, social content, and in-store materials.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and seasonal priorities are met.

Digital, Social & Marketplace

  • Update Amazon Seller and Shopify listings (images, copy, SEO, promotions, etc.).
  • Monitor performance and support sales-driving strategies.
  • Support social concepts (Reels, TikTok, storytelling).
  • Assist with lifestyle photoshoots, stylist media pulls, and creator visits.

Influencer & Partnerships

  • Source creators and stylists aligned with brand values.
  • Coordinate seeding, track deliverables, and manage timelines.
  • Research new promotional opportunities in the Canadian market.

Email & CRM

  • Plan and execute email campaigns end-to-end, align with seasonal and promotional calendars.
  • Improve performance through segmentation, testing, and reporting.

Retail & Brand Awareness

  • Coordinate in-store marketing, events, and retail partner promotions.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives and explore new partnerships (influencers, events, collaborations).

Outlet & Inventory Support

  • Input sales data, manage assortments, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales on outlet/clearance product flow.

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in marketing coordination, brand marketing, or e-commerce (fashion preferred).
  • Team player with strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (asset).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Canva, TikTok, and Instagram. (Adobe Suite is an asset)
  • Creative eye, attention to detail, strong brand sensibility.
  • Portfolio required.
