Seven Continents is a full service retail solution provider that designs, engineers, manufactures and installs retail solutions. We cater to a diverse customer base, providing customized store fixtures to well known international brands.

Located near 401/Keele, we are accessible by car or public transit.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 
Marketing Coordinator
 to support our marketing initiatives and help showcase our full-service manufacturing capabilities. This role will be instrumental in developing content, managing campaigns, and coordinating marketing efforts that highlight our expertise in custom fixture and mannequin production.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

· Develop marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations, videos) that promote our capabilities including design and build, metal and wood fabrication, upholstery, blow molding, and more.

· Write and edit content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and trade show collateral.

Digital Marketing

· Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts that showcase our projects, processes, and innovations.

· Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM

Project Coordination

· Support the planning and execution of trade shows, client presentations, and promotional events.

· Work with internal teams (design, production, sales) to gather information and visuals for marketing use.

Administrative Support

· Maintain asset libraries, and campaign tracking documents.

· Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· years of experience in a marketing role

· Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365.

· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Passion for design, craftsmanship, and innovation.
