Calgary, Alberta, Canada CSA Plus Full time

Company Description

CSA Plus is a Calgary-based design, fabrication, and renovation company dedicated to transforming ordinary spaces into perfected ones. Through our specialized divisions - CSA Artistry, CSA Countertop, CSA Renovation, and CSA Cleaning - we deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and care.

Our work supports home builders, renovation professionals, commercial contractors, interior designers, and homeowners who value enduring quality and thoughtful execution. With deep roots in stone artistry and a legacy that spans generations, CSA Plus blends heritage craftsmanship with modern innovation to create spaces that feel complete, intentional, and built to last.

Role Description

The
Design Consultant - Residential & Builder Sales
is a client-facing advisory role that blends design insight, technical knowledge, and relationship development. While the role is primarily focused on CSA Countertop, this individual will support clients holistically - introducing CSA Renovation, CSA Artistry, and CSA Cleaning where they meaningfully contribute to a more refined and complete outcome.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the commercial and residential construction and renovation ecosystem and enjoys guiding clients through simple to complex decisions with confidence, taste, and clarity. You will act as a steward of the CSA Plus brand, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential builders (including both custom and production), renovation contractors, commercial contractor, interior designers, and homeowners
  • Drive new business for CSA Countertop while identifying opportunities across CSA Renovation, CSA Artistry, and CSA Cleaning when aligned with client needs
  • Guide clients through material selection, design considerations, timelines, and pricing
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and collaborate on technical solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in coordination with fabrication, installation, and project teams
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Stay informed on material trends, finishes, and best practices within luxury residential construction
  • Represent CSA Plus's heritage of stone artistry and craftsmanship in all client interaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of sales or client-facing experience in countertop, stone, cabinetry, renovations, or residential construction (required)
  • Strong knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, and solid surface materials
  • Existing relationships with builders, contractors, GCs, designers, and renovation professionals in Calgary is a strong asset
  • Comfortable working across multiple service offerings, not a single product line
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with a strong commission structure
  • Opportunity to work on high-end, design-forward residential and select commercial projects
  • A collaborative, supportive team with deep industry experience
  • Autonomy to build and grow a long-term client portfolio
  • Career growth within a multi-division company grounded in legacy, craftsmanship, and pride in every finished space.
