Job Summary

We are seeking to rent a room to a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents, helping them navigate emotional and psychological challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, case management, and the ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for children and adolescents.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical terminology standards.
  • Engage in data collection and research to enhance therapeutic practices.
  • Provide support for special education needs within school settings.
  • Participate in case management activities to coordinate care for patients.

Skills

  • Experience working with children is essential; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus.
  • Previous hospital experience is preferred to understand the clinical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate within healthcare settings.
  • Ability to conduct research related to therapeutic practices and child psychology.
  • Proficient in case management techniques to ensure comprehensive patient support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and families.
  • Understanding of special education requirements and how they relate to mental health.
