Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support and therapy to diverse patient populations, including children, teen and adult clients. The Psychotherapist will play a vital role in supporting clients emotional well-being and recovery through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, or family therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
- Assess clients' mental health status and develop effective treatment strategies
- Collaborate with the Creative Counselling team for support and guidance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of clients progress, treatment plans, and case management.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care and ensure holistic treatment approaches .
Skills
- Experience working with children and families.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies related to mental health and client outcomes
- Familiarity with case management, and documentation protocols
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build trust with diverse groups
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120.00 per hour
