We're looking for engaging professionals to share their real-world experiences with high school students across the GTA

About the Role

As a paid guest speaker, you'll visit local high schools to talk about your unique career path — the twists, turns, and lessons that shaped who you are today. Your goal? To inspire students to think creatively about their own futures.

Details:

  • Schedule: 2–5 hours per week, November–December and February–May
  • Location: Schools within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Compensation: $50–$100 per hour (active speaking time only; travel time not paid)

What We're Looking For

  • A fascinating and authentic career journey — whether you've reinvented yourself, taken the road less traveled, or built something amazing from scratch.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — able to connect with and engage high school students.
  • A relatable personality and genuine passion for mentoring the next generation.
  • Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (required to work in schools).
