In this role, you will act as a key strategic business partner to senior leadership while providing hands-on support to Finance Teams across existing and newly acquired business units. This role is ideal for a results-oriented, detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and manages multiple priorities with accuracy. Main responsibilities:

  • Review and validate BU submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform quality assurance and provide insightful commentary and analysis
  • Support the timely closure of books and coordinate internal/external audit queries
  • Function as superuser for financial systems and reporting tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Own sub-group financial forecasts and ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Produce financial and management reporting, analyzing sub-group and BU performance
  • Be a key partner in the financial integration of new acquisitions
  • Identify operations issues and propose process improvements
  • Train and mentor Finance leads teams on performance management principles
  • Guide teams on best practices to achieve strategic and operational goals

Qualifications:

The main qualifications for this role include:

  • CPA designation required
  • A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience
  • Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with acquisition accounting and integration activities is beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills

Assets:

  • Experience in Public Accounting, SaaS, or Telecommunications industry
  • Experience with multiple entities, countries, or currencies
  • Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce

Compensation:

  • $150,000 - $175,000 salary range
  • Generous bonus potential
  • Fully remote work environment
