Your Role:

  • Greet and assist clients with a smile, making them feel welcome and cared for
  • Organize appointments and manage client communication with efficiency and warmth
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, and support staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is focused on the pet's health and the owner's needs
