In this role, you will assist customers with their financial needs, including processing payday loans, handling customer inquiries, and offering support in various financial services such as insurance and money transfers. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibliltiesCash Handling/Teller responsibilityOpening/Closing the BranchPerforming daily calls to remind clients of payments arrangements.Responding to clientinquiries/information request by both Store and virtual clientsReviewing applicants/completing financial risk assessment to determine approvals.Collaborate with various departments to maximize profit while focussing on exceptional customer service and sales.Focussing on client retention.Marketing/growing the business.
