Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, ensuring they have memorable experiences tailored to their preferences. Your expertise in sales and customer service will be essential in providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and hospitality services to offer informed advice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with hotels and other service providers to secure the best options for clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to bookings, including confirmations and itinerary changes.
  • Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Skills

  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Experience in hotel operations or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of various travel destinations and the ability to recommend suitable options based on client preferences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple bookings effectively.
