We're looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist who brings deep technical experience, a client-first mindset, and a love for mentorship. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support issues via remote, phone, email, or onsite support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with everything from Microsoft 365 and Azure to iOS devices and Cisco networks.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to our technical team—sharing knowledge, elevating standards, and supporting excellence.
  • Follow and contribute to our documentation and internal processes. If it's not documented yet, you help write it.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, ensuring they're always in the loop.
  • Keep detailed notes and logs in our PSA and documentation platforms.
  • Contribute to high Client Satisfaction Scores by delivering exceptional service.
  • Participate in team huddles and planning sessions, your voice matters here.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support or MSP role.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment.
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or a drive to earn more).
  • Proven expertise with:
    • Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows environments
    • Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
    • Mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
    • AWS (a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a methodical, process-driven approach.
  • A natural ability to explain complex tech in a way clients understand and appreciate.
  • A calm, friendly, and professional presence, even under pressure.
  • A desire to keep growing, technically and professionally.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment.
  • Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, or NinjaOne.
  • A proven ability to juggle competing priorities while staying focused and organized.
