Technical Support Specialist (Tier 1,2,3 Managed Services)Hybrid: Home + Field + Occasional Office Location: Langley to Abbottsford Full-Time PermanentA growing technology services firm in the Lower Mainland is hiring a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist to support a diverse managed services client base across the Fraser Valley. This hybrid role blends remote troubleshooting, onsite client visits, and project deployments in modern cloud and on-prem environments.Have you worked in MSP before? A team that works very well together has fun and is highly valued by their leadership.What You'll Be Doing:Remote Support (Work-from-Home Days)Tackle escalated tickets from the helpdesk teamTroubleshoot user, workstation, and software issuesSupport Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune, and related toolsWork with PSA and RMM tools in the N-able/Datto ecosystemPrep for field deployments and document issue resolutionsCollaborate with the engineering team on tougher problemsField Support (Client Sites - Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Chilliwack, Mission, Maple Ridge)Perform hands-on troubleshooting and tech supportInstall, replace, or configure:Workstations and desktopsNetwork devices (firewalls, switches, access points)Servers and infrastructure hardwareAct as the primary technical point of contact onsiteRun basic assessments, health checks, and post-deployment validationProject DeploymentsYou'll gain exposure to or lead:PC refreshes and workstation rolloutsMicrosoft 365 and cloud integrationsAzure AD/Entra + Intune deploymentsSharePoint and Teams configurationsFirewall installs and small network builds (VLANs, switching, Wi-Fi)VMware/vSphere deployments and updatesServer installs and migrationsData protection using Datto and VeeamWhat You Bring2-5 years of experience supporting SMB or MSP environmentsSolid foundation in Windows desktop and server systemsHands-on experience with:Microsoft 365 + Azure + Cloud AdministrationNetworking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, firewalls)RMM/PSA tools (N-able, Datto, ConnectWise, etc.Backup/DR platformsFirewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar)Strong communicator, confident with clientsValid driver's license and reliable vehicleBased in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley (required)Bonus Points for: VMware/vSphereServer Install, configs, and small migrationsDeeper Network knowledge in things like DNS, DHCP, VLANS, APsDatto or VeeamConnectWiseGrowth & DevelopmentYou'll be supported with:Certification reimbursement (Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, CompTIA)Dedicated time for learning and labsMentorship from experienced engineersA clear path to Tier 3, cloud, project, or security rolesPerks & Benefits$65-75K salary (based on experience)Extended health, dental, and visionPaid vacation and personal timeLife insuranceFlexible hybrid work setupBusiness-casual, team-oriented cultureRegular team events and peer collaborationIf you're looking for variety, mentorship, and the chance to grow into more advanced roles, this is your next step.
