Job Summary:

As a Production Technician at CCX Technologies, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, maintaining, and debugging a variety of electromechanical products. As part of the Production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products while supporting the design, testing, and troubleshooting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical systems, coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic cards, cable harnesses, and mechanical assemblies by reading and interpreting documents such as Drawings, Bill of Materials, Work Instructions, Test Procedures, etc.
  • Use basic hand tools as well as automatic machines for stripping, crimping, and soldering cable harnesses
  • Perform acceptance tests and calibration on production units using computers and other test equipment
  • Troubleshoot/debug, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical failures from products returned from service.
  • Perform Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing inspections of components and finished goods
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics and technical instructions.
  • Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Soldering (IPC Certification an asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
