Product Operations Manager

Why Euna Solutions?

Euna Solutions delivers a suite of SaaS tools for public‑sector organizations to streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, grants, and more. We aim to build trust, transparency, and operational efficiency across government and utility agencies. Our product suite serves thousands of agencies and supports critical public infrastructure.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer the Product Operations manager enables our product leadership to scale: managing roadmaps, ensuring operational discipline, and fostering high execution velocity. This role is key to making product management more effective, coordinated, and responsive to market and internal needs.

Role Overview

As Product Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of the product management function. You'll own the operational cadence, roadmap process, and internal tooling (e.g. Aha) for Euna's product suite. You'll also lead and manage technical writers who produce product documentation, release notes and user guides.

You'll ensure that product teams are well-aligned, have clarity on priorities, follow repeatable processes, and maintain high-quality documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the roadmap planning process: drive product managers to deliverables for QBRs and executive team readouts.
  • Serve as Aha administrator: configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, custom views, dashboards, integrations.
  • Define and oversee product operational cadence: weekly meetings, decision
  • Track dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, go-to-market).
  • Facilitate communication of roadmap updates, release changes, and feature status across the organization.
  • Lead a team of technical writers / content developers responsible for product documentation, release notes, user manuals, API documentation, etc.
  • Ensure documentation is early, maintained, accurate, and aligned with development cycles.
  • Define key metrics for product operations effectiveness (planning accuracy, documentation coverage, stakeholder satisfaction).
  • Monitor and report on product management operational health, process bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Product Directors, PMs and Product Owners to ensure process alignment and transparency.
  • Drive clarity in roadmap shifts
  • Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and onboarding materials for new product team members on process, tooling, and documentation practices.
  • Lead change management efforts to roll out new product operations improvements or tooling changes.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 5+ years in product operations, product strategy, program management, or related operations roles in software / SaaS environments.
  • Experience administering and managing product management tools (Aha strongly preferred; Atlassian Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in establishing or scaling product development and operational processes (roadmapping, prioritization, release planning) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing or working closely with technical writers or documentation teams, setting standards and ensuring high-quality docs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to define and monitor KPIs, identify process improvements through metrics and feedback.
  • Proven ability to influence without authoritarian control—collaborative, facilitative leadership style.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working on public-sector or government-facing software / SaaS.
  • Familiarity with API documentation, developer portals, or SDK documentation practices.
  • Exposure to localization, accessibility, regulatory or compliance documentation.
  • Experience with agile development at scale and integrating product operations with agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, scrum of scrums).

What You'll Love About This Role & Working Here

  • You'll have a high-impact seat at the intersection of strategy, execution, and content — enabling product leaders and teams to operate more effectively.
  • The role provides high visibility and cross-functional exposure across product, engineering, design, and GTM functions.
  • You'll build and lead documentation practices that influence both internal teams and external users.
  • Work in a mission-driven environment where public-sector modernization and citizen trust matter.
  • Join a culture that values growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
