About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of our product portfolio within the manufacturing sector. This role blends strategy, innovation, and hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and market insight.

You'll act as the bridge between engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, ensuring every product meets business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for assigned product lines.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.

  • Partner with cross-functional and international teams to guide design, development, and product improvements.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle - from concept to launch to end-of-life - ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain technical and commercial documentation for products.

  • Monitor performance, feedback, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, supporting internal teams and customers.

  • Provide training and product support to key stakeholders and clients as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in manufacturing, hardware, tools, or related industries.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder communications.

  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, cost analysis, and market positioning.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
  • Background in hardware, tools, or machinery manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with industrial supply chains and production processes.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering or technical design teams.
