As a Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies that align with Elovate's business goals and market needs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience, drive customer satisfaction, and position Elovate as a market leader.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone reviews to ensure timely, value-driven delivery.
  • Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Manage product backlogs, engage stakeholders, and drive change management to maximize product value and adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, monitor SLAs, and align deliverables with internal sprint timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product enhancements.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning by preparing release notes, feature overviews, and aligning product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent Elovate at trade shows and customer presentations.
  • Participate in product testing to ensure compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager managing Agile teams and leading end-to-end product development.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Aha.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including SLA tracking and roadmap coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and innovative with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Automated Traffic Enforcement industry.
  • Familiarity with vehicle detection technologies such as RADAR and LiDAR.
