This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer focusing on Agentic Platform Development, based in Toronto, ON.

Role

  • Build and ship features for clients AI workspace platform
  • Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data
  • Experiment at a high velocity and with a high level of quality to engage our customers
  • and ultimately deliver solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production
  • Lead end-to-end deployment in private cloud and on-premises environments, including
  • planning, configuration, testing, and rollout

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Back-End Web Development, Programming, and Software Development
  • Shipped Python in production
  • Built and deployed highly performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications
  • Strong coding abilities and comfortable working across the stack, including reading,
  • understanding, and fixing issues outside the main codebase
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excels in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
