We are looking for a Labourer to join our Sticks and Stones Building Solutions team  The Labourer position is responsible for planning and performing detailed work throughout the various sealants and coatings we apply.

Responsibilities

  • Install and erect hoarding and tarps to protect poured concrete from the elements
  • Site cleanup including snow removal to prepare poured concrete for sealant application
  • Plan, schedule, and perform concrete sealant applications on poured concrete
  • Maintain good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck and tools
  • Report on job completion and issues to management team
  • Follow health and safety policies and protocol
  • Communicate and order sealant inventory levels
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to work well in an autonomous role both individually and as a team
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

Hours of Work

Regular hours will be 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday with some Saturday work.

Physical Demands

Must be capable of lifting 50lbs on a regular basis and lifting, loading, unloading, bending, and crouching.

Applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and fit for work testing as a condition of employment.
