Compensation: Journeyperson Total Package - $74.92/hr (UA 516 agreement)

Where You Will Apply Your Skills:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and multi-unit settings

  • Service gas-fired heating systems and boilers

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend

    solutions
  • Work safely in a variety of environments, including heights and confined spaces

Required Experience and Certifications:

  • 2+ years with a Journeyperson HVAC ticket with previous HVAC commercial and multi-unit complex experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Gas Class B or A ticket

  • Driver's license and a clean abstract

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces

  • Full-face respirator usage is mandatory for some jobs

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment

  • Maintenance and repair of gas-fired heating systems and boilers
