As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth by driving profitable customer acquisition & retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, primarily former & active customer segments, to grow total market share, optimize customer experience and reinforce our position as the #1 solution for clean eating.

The ideal candidate has experience across a broad range of channels: CRM & Paid, and customer stages: across the lifecycle. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll blend customer-centric, innovative thinking with analytical rigor and project management excellence, working in close collaboration with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Finance, Pricing & Discounts, and Product teams to ensure Green Chef continues to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time. The role reports to the Marketing Director of Green Chef and directly impacts customer acquisition, long-term profitability for HelloFresh's most premium meal kit offering and most importantly, the health & wellness of our customers.

  • Develop, test and implement customer-centric, data-driven growth marketing strategy across select customer segments e.g. Former & Active 
  • Lead strategy and execution across select growth channels, optimize for quality conversions;  & customers; channel mix to include CRM & Paid channels. 
  • Manage external partners and internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution and optimization
  • Develop, brief, and review creative assets and messaging in partnership with the Product Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals
  • With Green Chef Growth Team & Channel Leads, manage day-to-day steering of marketing channels to hit KPIs 
  • Regularly audit campaigns, collect learnings and leverage those insights to actively optimize & refine strategy on an ongoing basis 
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer and agile problem-solver
  • Regularly audit and identify opportunities within customer retention 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, new growth tactics and Gen-AI opportunities to fuel innovation and differentiation
You are…
  • 4–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models
  • Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels and campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus. You use data to drive decisions—tracking metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, and retention to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams
