Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology products, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. We are a fast paced shipping and printing location.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
  • Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels
  • Support merchandising efforts and ensure store cleanliness and organization

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales, shipping and printing an asset
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
  • Knowledge of basic math for transactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate organizational skills
