Face to Face Games is Canada's leader in the trading card game industry. We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to ensure our event booths and retail operations run smoothly.

This role is based at our Montreal warehouse, with regular travel to trade shows across North America. You'll be responsible for making sure our booths are staffed, stocked, and successful.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee trade show booths from setup to tear-down
  • Hire, schedule, and manage temporary event staff
  • Coordinate transfer orders to events and retail stores
  • Assist with warehouse retail projects and logistics

What You Bring

  • Experience managing staff and inventory in a retail or event setting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and basic reporting
  • Willingness to travel frequently (expenses covered)
  • Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering is an asset, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
  • Performance bonus based on event and retail profits (uncapped)

Face to Face Games est le leader canadien de l'industrie des jeux de cartes à collectionner. Nous recherchons un·e superviseur·e de vente au détail pour assurer le bon déroulement de nos kiosques lors des événements et de nos opérations de vente au détail.

Ce poste est basé dans notre entrepôt de Montréal, avec des déplacements réguliers à des salons professionnels partout en Amérique du Nord. Vous serez responsable de veiller à ce que nos kiosques soient bien dotés en personnel, approvisionnés et performants.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser les kiosques lors des salons, de l'installation au démontage
  • Embaucher, planifier et gérer le personnel temporaire des événements
  • Coordonner les transferts de marchandises vers les événements et les magasins de détail
  • Contribuer à divers projets liés à la vente au détail et à la logistique de l'entrepôt

Votre profil

  • Expérience en gestion de personnel et de stocks dans un contexte de vente au détail ou d'événementiel
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, de Word et des rapports de base
  • Disponible pour voyager fréquemment (frais couverts)
  • Connaissance de Magic: The Gathering un atout, mais non requise
