**What might a typical day look like?**

As a night supervisor you will have to:

- clearly communicate expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to deliver results;
- ensure the rotation of products according to prescribed standards and the labeling of merchandise;
- ensure shelves and displays are stocked in a manner that is attractive to consumers;
- place orders for the designated sections and perform the various functions of receiving merchandise.
