Position Summary:

We are looking for Directional Drillers to lead underground boring operations across Saskatchewan. Experience is preferred, but we provide training for skilled individuals eager to advance. Travel is essential. This position may be seasonal (April to November) or year-round, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate directional drilling rigs for precise utility installations.

  • Interpret blueprints and collaborate with locators for accurate paths.

  • Monitor drilling progress and adjust for ground conditions.

  • Ensure all operations meet safety and quality standards.

  • Mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in directional drilling preferred; comprehensive training offered.

  • Proficiency with drilling equipment and utility standards.

  • Valid driver's license and relevant certifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work on the road with flexible hours.
