**Position Summary**:
We are seeking experienced Foremen to lead field crews in utility construction operations across Saskatchewan. This supervisory role requires strong leadership and technical knowledge in directional drilling and utility construction. Experience is preferred, but we offer training for capable individuals with a proven track record in construction supervision. This position is typically year-round, though seasonal opportunities (April to November) may be available depending on project needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of labourers, operators, and drillers on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in utility or directional drilling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., safety training).
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan regulations and utility construction practices.
- Willingness to travel and work on the road with flexible hours.
