Client Relations Associate

Job Overview:
The Client Relations Associate plays a key role in converting project registrations into qualified leads and encouraging visits to Treasure Hill presentation galleries. This customer-focused position is designed to enhance engagement, streamline communication, and contribute to faster sales absorption across all Treasure Hill communities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact and engage with project registrations to build rapport and qualify interest.
· Schedule appointments with Treasure Hill Sales Associates to facilitate customer visits and sales opportunities.
· Provide accurate and compelling project information while maintaining an appropriate balance to encourage in-person visits to presentation galleries.
· Utilize CRM to record all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date, accurate lead information.
· Prepare and submit daily engagement summaries highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and potential risks.
· Liaise with Treasure Hill Sales Associates to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on qualified leads.
· Support the overall sales program through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.
· Collaborate with fellow Sales Concierge Associates to develop and implement effective daily communication strategies.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism in every customer interaction, ensuring all communications align with Treasure Hill's brand standards.
· Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical proficiency and leverage the CRM to its full potential.
Qualifications:
· Clear, articulate, and engaging communication skills (verbal and written).
· Multilingual ability is required (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, or other relevant languages).
· Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing CRM data.
· Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for customer engagement.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Performance Expectations:
· Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
· Ensure high-quality data accuracy within HubSpot.
· Deliver consistent, professional communication that drives traffic to presentation galleries.
· Demonstrate initiative in identifying and acting on opportunities to improve customer engagement.
Compensation and Schedule:
· Job type: commission based
· Schedule: Monday-Friday: 12pm-7 pm hours subject to change to meet business requirements
