Ideal Candidate

  • CPA certified or actively pursuing CPA (firm may fund education), if not Bachelor's in Accounting with several yrs within a public accounting firm
  • Experience in small to medium-sized firms; multi-entity or experience in only large CPA firms would not be a match.
  • Strong knowledge of holdcos, dividends, and full Canadian tax for investment-type companies
  • Bilingual preferred (French/English) or strong French with good English
  • Enjoys mentoring, client interaction, and being part of a team that thrives on collaboration

Profil Idéal

  • CPA certifié ou candidat CPA (le cabinet peut financer la formation) ; sinon, baccalauréat en comptabilité avec plusieurs années d'expérience en cabinet public
  • Expérience dans des petites ou moyennes firmes ; expérience uniquement dans de grandes firmes CPA ou multi-entités non adaptée
  • Solides connaissances des holdcos, dividendes et fiscalité canadienne complète pour entreprises d'investissement
  • Bilingue préféré (français/anglais) ou français solide avec bon anglais
  • Apprécie le mentorat, le contact client et le travail en équipe collaborative
