We are looking for a highly experienced bartender with a strong serving background to take ownership of our bar program while seamlessly supporting floor service in a mid-to-fine dining environment.

This is a senior hospitality role for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands pacing and guest experience, and thrives in a professional but family-run setting.

What You'll Do

  • Take full responsibility for bar setup, organization, and execution
  • Prepare and execute classic and house cocktails with consistency and care
  • Work confidently both behind the bar and on the floor as a server
  • Deliver polished, attentive service in a mid-to-fine dining style
  • Manage guest flow, timing, and hospitality during busy services
  • Work collaboratively with management and kitchen to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards at the bar and service stations

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in hospitality
  • Strong background as both a bartender and server
  • Experience in independent restaurants (not just high-volume chains)
  • Solid working knowledge of OpenTable and Toast POS
  • Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
  • Excellent communication and guest-facing skills
  • Someone who takes ownership, not just shifts

Position Type: Part-time / Full-time (based on fit and availability)
