Osteria Rialto, part of Paradise Theatre Entertainment Corp. Osteria Rialto takes its inspiration from Italy's intimate, singular, restaurants and brings a thoughtful and ingredient-focused dining experience to Bloorcourt. The position may transition into an opportunity to work in Bar Biltmore, a cocktail bar within the Paradise Complex that is focused on inventive and high quality cocktails and is open mostly later in the week and later into the night.

We are looking for experienced full time bartenders for our busy, high quality, Italian restaurant & our beautiful cocktail bar.

you will:

- mix drinks
- pour wine
- have a vast knowledge of classic cocktails & at least some wine knowledge
- be experienced with customer-facing roles
- be friendly, approachable and a good team-worker
- assist with serving tables
- take pride in the beverages you produce
