Junior Sales Representative

Etobicoke, ON - In office

Salary $60, 000

In this role you will assist the Sales Manager with managing account maintenance and growth. You will gain knowledge and skills required to operate as an outside sales rep.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage assigned accounts with the Sales Manager.
  • Respond to customer concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Review business plan strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Build a pipeline of new opportunities by cold calling prospective accounts.
  • Engage in learning about functions related to design, sales, processing, customer service and more.
  • Prepares a pre-call planner for review and discussion prior to each meeting with client whether a joint call or meeting in person, by phone or by video call
  • Liaises and with all departments (customer, design, processing, etc.) as required
  • Proactively liaises with processing for outstanding quotes for managed accounts
  • Supports Territory Sales Representatives when directed by Sales Manager or assigned designate with various tasks such as dropping off and picking up samples on their behalf from design or customers

Requirements:

  • Must have a college diploma.
  • 1-2 years B2B Sales in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid G license with reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable in a factory environment, office environment and driving to various locations throughout the day as required.
  • Open to receiving training and learning the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
