Field Sales Representative

Join **Green & Clean Home Solutions** as a **Lead Estimator/Sales Representative.**As a Lead Estimator, you’re driving revenue, inspiring teams, and shaping client experiences. In this role, you’ll lead consultations with homeowners, craft compelling service quotes, and mentor a high-performing sales team to hit targets. You’ll also execute marketing strategies and play a key role in growing the business. **Responsibilities**
Client Consultation & Sales
- Lead in-home consultations and create tailored, accurate service quotes.
- Book and complete at least **31 hours** of quoting weekly.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to job confirmation.
Team Leadership
- Mentor a team of **4-6 door-to-door sales reps** and **2-3 junior estimators**.
- Set performance goals, conduct daily meetings, and offer real-time guidance.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Sales Strategy & Marketing
- Manage and update our sales platform with client data and performance insights.
- Plan and optimize lead generation routes and outbound campaigns.
- Test new marketing channels and support ongoing sales training.
Recruitment, Onboarding, & Management
- Participate in interviewing and hiring for junior roles.
- Lead onboarding to ensure clear expectations and company alignment.
- Conduct and lead daily team meetings pre-shift
Performance Monitoring & Admin
- Track quotes, appointments, and leads using internal systems.
- Submit weekly sales trackers and lead stats.
- Uphold ethical standards and handle misconduct when needed.
Meetings, Scheduling, & Evaluation
- Participate in weekly coaching and team alignment sessions.
- Host daily 15-minute team huddles and regular performance reviews.
- Top-performing Lead Estimators bi-weekly may propose trades or additions to their team (with written employer approval).
**What You’ll Need**
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle **(required)**:
- Drive your team to and from shifts
- Proven leadership experience—sales or service leadership preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**
- **Commission-Based Pay** (Bi-weekly) — **10%**to **30% commission**:
- **Top performers** may earn discretionary bonuses of up to **$1,000/month**.
