Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for a Sub Prime Manager. The Sub Prime Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing subprime finance operations and processes. Daily tasks include assisting clients with non-prime financial solutions, developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, managing finance approvals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales and finance teams to achieve business goals and providing leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Subprime Financing, Automotive Financing, and working with Financial Institutions
  • Proficiency in Sales Processes, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Support
  • Strong Leadership Skills, Team Collaboration, and Decision-making Abilities
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Finance Approval Processes
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Organizational and Problem-solving Competencies
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or finance industry is an asset
  • Relevant education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
