CEO – Consumer and Commercial Manufacturing – Private Equity

Our client is a rapidly growing and highly profitable private equity sponsored engineered manufacturing enterprise supporting an international spectrum of blue-chip clients. The business coordinates internal and outsourced contract manufacturing to support the needs of their customers. This middle-market business has experienced rapid growth and plans to continue on this growth trajectory with support from their new private equity sponsor. Through a multi-pronged growth strategy this company is embarking on an aggressive plan to become a dominant player in its respective niche.

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer with proven operational leadership experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business with a hands-on approach. The qualified candidate should have demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and drive growth initiatives as a tactical partner and member of the board. Ideally they will have previous experience selling into hospitality, consumer and commercial products space. The CEO will be called on to provide industry expertise as they lead a highly effective workforce and scale the business.
