Summary'

You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, supporting scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, treatment planning support, and daily admin tasks. This role also includes supporting our social media and marketing efforts and plays an important role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations of the dental practice.

  • Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
  • Support and guide patients through treatment planning and coordination
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and front-desk team to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Use dental practice management software (e.g., Cleardent, MaxAssist) to support clinic workflows
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks related to daily clinic operations
  • Support the rollout of new systems, workflows, and technologies
  • Contribute to social media, marketing, or patient communication initiatives
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

  • Dental or medical admin experience preferred
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable with dental software and multitasking
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Patient privacy and professionalism are a must
  • Bonus: treatment coordinating or marketing interest

Pay: $18.12-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
