We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Dental Administrator to join our established dental practice. This role is ideal for a confident professional with at least 3 years of experience in dental administration. We are hiring for a full time position, with 2 evenings per week. There is an opportunity to add some Saturdays, if desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day front desk and administrative operations
  • Manage patient scheduling, recalls, and appointment optimisation
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance claims accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a dental administration role
  • Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and practice workflows
  • Proficiency with dental practice management systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
  • Professional, calm, and patient-focused approach
