We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their culinary skills.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in all kitchen practices.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to meet restaurant standards consistently.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations.
