Scaramouche Restaurant is seeking an experienced chef de partie to run the entremettier station. Successful candidates will have experience in vegetable preparation, ordering, managing a junior cook, replicating dishes to the restaurant's standards and creating additions to the menu in collaboration with the sauce cook, sous chef's and chef. You must be organized, tidy, possess good knife skills, be able to communicate effectively with other staff members, and have a good eye for presentation and flavour combinations. A background in French food and technique is preferred. Scaramouche offers a positive working environment, statutory holidays off, and tip sharing. Scaramouche is a fine dining restaurant in mid town with a Michelin recommendation.
