Job Summary
- Manage Executive Officer's calendar and daily priorities
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate between different departments in the organization
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Work with the accounting department by managing various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
- Personal Attributes; Integrity, discretion, resilience, adaptibility
- Fluency in English and strong understanding of Canadian business ecosystem
- Proficiency in Sage 50 for bookkeeping tasks
- 5 years experience in administration and bookkeeping roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
