Head of Operations (Education)

We're working with a growing, well-resourced EdTech business seeking a Head of Operations (Education) to lead their academic programs. This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling operations, improving student outcomes, and overseeing curriculum design and delivery across both in-person and digital channels.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Designing and managing 'Primary Learning' programs aligned with curriculum and assessment standards

  • Leading a team of educators and operational staff

  • Overseeing delivery of classroom and digital content (via LMS)

  • Owning department-level planning, operations, and budget

  • Partnering with internal teams on product, tech, and enrolment strategy

What we're looking for:

  • Background in education (preferably primary) and/or business operations from a start-up business

  • Proven leadership experience in an academic or commercial setting

  • Track record of improving learning outcomes and delivering high-quality programs

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear growth opportunity and influence across the wider organisation. Suitable for a senior educator or curriculum lead looking to step into a broader role with strategic and commercial oversight.
