The Impact You’ll Make Develop and execute sales and operations strategies to drive revenue growth and capitalise on market opportunities. Lead mentor and manage the sales team optimising performance through training, coaching and instilling best practices. Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives. Oversee decentralised sales operations ensuring scalable and efficient sales processes. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and GTM approaches and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams and enhance customer acquisition. Leverage data and insights to inform your decision making. What You Bring Deep and demonstrated sales leadership expertise. A proven track record in delivering in high-growth businesses. Strong background in business development, commercial strategy, operations, GTM and closing high-value deals. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills fostering a high-performance sales culture. Data-driven mindset leveraging analytics and CRM tools to optimise sales performance. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align sales with overall business objectives.
