Toronto, Ontario, Canada KEV Group Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Who We Are:
At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level; whether it's cash, check, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 26,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $4 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It's how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.

Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K–12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We're headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.

If you're excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

About the Role
The marketing team is integral to KEV's success, driving growth and brand visibility through collaboration and expertise. We partner across the organization to deliver optimal user experiences, reliable digital platforms, measurable marketing outcomes and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and technical excellence.

We are looking for a Web Manager to join our growing team. This is a crucial "build" role where your primary mission will be to turn our digital properties into a high-performing lead generation machine. You will own the strategic planning, execution, hands-on development, and daily optimization of the company's main corporate website and all marketing campaign landing pages with a focus on aligning the digital experience to the specific buyer journey stages. You will leverage web analytics and data to inform development decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and IT teams and contribute to significant improvements in lead generation and overall brand perception. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly technical, and detail-oriented and has experience in developing and managing websites.

How You'll Contribute

  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the corporate website, dedicated landing page, and social media sites, ensuring alignment with marketing funnels and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Optimize the user experience (UX/UI) across the site and campaigns by mapping and improving the buyer journey to increase conversion rates and sales pipeline quality.
  • Leverage analytics platforms and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement custom themes, templates, and functionalities within WordPress and HubSpot using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/HubL, ensuring code quality and performance.
  • Integrate critical marketing technologies (e.g., analytics tags, CRM forms, tracking pixels) directly into web properties to ensure accurate data collection for the sales funnel.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors across the front-end and back-end of both the WordPress and HubSpot platforms.
  • Partner closely with the Content and Marketing teams to manage the content workflow, ensuring all new content is accurately and rapidly published while consistently meeting brand, quality, and SEO standards.
  • Develop and execute technical and on-page SEO strategies, significantly increasing organic search visibility and driving high-intent traffic to the site.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in web management or website development
  • Proficiency in the development and administration of the WordPress and HubSpot CMS, including custom theme development and Module creation (HubL).
  • Proven experience working with PHP
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Expertise in SEO, AEO, and technical website optimization.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
