Edmonton Cardiology Consultants is currently looking for an organized and self-motivated individual for the position of receptionist for our clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical administration field and an ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent priority setting and judgement skills.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting and registration of patients attending appointments
  • Assist patients requiring additional follow up post appointments
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring where appropriate
  • Indexing incoming and outgoing files
  • Assisting medical secretaries
  • Provide exceptional patient and physician focused service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • EMR experience required (Healthquest experience an asset)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a medical office an asset
  • Receptionist experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
