Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic office software (Epic, Dentrix, etc.)

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in using office software (Epic, Dentrix, etc.) and phone systems

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
