Alpine Macro is looking for a
Sales Support Specialist
to join our sales team based in Montreal.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide overall sales support including administrative, CR and data management and to our Americas regional sales team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate that's highly motivated, tech savvy and looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic company.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle including lead generation, trial requests, client engagement, follow ups and processing.

· Track, review, and report sales team's KPIs.

· Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support.

· Build reports, dashboards and audit data to ensure accuracy.

· Identify and implement process improvements.

· Perform any other ad hoc sales and technology related tasks requested.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a relevant field.

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

· Excellent customer service abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Must be team player that's able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with Salesforce and Pardot are preferred.
