Requirements

  • Experience in a cellphone store (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong selling skills — ability to close deals
  • Familiar with posting ads and responding to leads on Facebook/Kijiji
  • Good communication skills
  • TikTok/Instagram content creation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable cell phones and accessories.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including the latest models and features.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and promoting our products and services.
  • Assist with in-store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and accurately manage daily cash register reconciliations.
  • Troubleshoot various software and hardware issues on customers' phones, providing solutions and guidance to ensure optimal device performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, promotions, and competitive offerings.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the electronics or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
