We are currently looking for Busser / Server Support who share the same passion as us to join our dynamic team and be ambassadors of our brand. The ideal candidate hospitality experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and leads by example. Responsibilties:

  • Table maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. Pay attention to detail to guarantee that tables are properly set according to Okini's standards.
  • Assisting servers: Work closely with our serving staff to anticipate and fulfill guest needs. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Dish and glassware handling: Collect used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables, and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning. Maintain a well-organized and tidy dishwashing area.
  • Refilling Supplies: Keep all service stations stocked with necessary items such as napkins, condiments, and utensils. Monitor and restock as needed during peak dining hours.
  • Guest interaction: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests. Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with the serving and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist in Closing Procedures: Collaborate with the closing team to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next day's service. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, sweeping, and restocking.
