Description Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Warranty Technician who excels in troubleshooting and repairing residential furnaces and air conditioning systems. As a key member of our team, you will take on the challenge of diagnosing and fixing HVAC units from start to finish with minimal supervision, ensuring our customers feel right at home with their indoor comfort.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Visit customers' homes to assess and diagnose HVAC unit issues, ensuring efficient and accurate evaluations.
  • Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve HVAC problems, restoring comfort to our customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction, creating positive and lasting impressions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing your time and resources effectively.
  • Prepare detailed invoices and handle payment collection with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Keep your warranty vehicle well-stocked and clean, ensuring you're always ready for the next job.
  • Expertly diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioning units, hot water tanks, and tankless systems.
  • Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and punctuality in all aspects of your work.
  • Thrive both independently and as part of a team, working efficiently with or without supervision.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Journeyperson certificate in a relevant HVAC trade required
  • Highly self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • A clean driver's abstract demonstrating responsible driving habits.
  • A clean police check ensuring trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Mandatory 3+ years of experience with a Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning with ongoing training provided.
  • Communication skills 
  • Interact with difficult customers


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $65, $75,000.00 per year
