- Serve as a steward and seek to optimize safety, performance, productivity, and total cost outcomes of the regional Reliability Excellence program by leading the identification, development, and implementation of new technologies, systems, and process improvement opportunities, and standardizing these improvements through the rapid implementation of best practices.
- Oversee the development and deployment of high‑quality asset and equipment strategies and improvement processes to ensure that REX fundamentals are effectively embedded, strategies deliver expected business outcomes, and are continuously improved.
- Serve as the regional functional expert in REX and maintenance, providing input on organizational systems, projects, and restructurings as required. Provide ongoing support through maintenance effectiveness, cost analysis, failure analysis, and quality standards criteria.
- Work with the Regional Hub Director to implement and support asset management fundamentals and improvement program initiatives.

- Demonstrated expertise in asset management, including asset reliability, materials management, maintenance management, maintenance software (CMMS), organizational structures, and related domains.
- Experience developing maintenance strategies/frameworks and roadmaps at both organizational and site levels.
- Willingness to travel within the region to all sites. Additional travel outside the region may be required for global conferences and asset management activities.
