Binance is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join the team. You will be working closely with key business stakeholders to look at processes optimisation and implementation of key initiatives. This role can be based anywhere in North America.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and conduct all workforce administration processes (i.e. onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management)
- Handle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge database
- Handle leave administration, and compensation data collection for payroll processing
- Enroll, manage and terminate staff benefits
- Work closely with Global HR teams to implement global strategies and tailor them to local market needs
- Partner with and support tasks from the local regional director and stakeholders
- Be the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs
- Support on international assignments or relocation, work with the Global Mobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employees’ lodging, kids’ education, culture adoption, etc. and facilitate the repatriation process
- Maintenance of employee and organization data in HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboard and report
- Manage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor law and legislation
- Ensure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and tooling
- Requirements:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operation or Shared Service, working at MNCs or fast-growing hi-tech companies is a plus
- Willing to accept change and customer-oriented
- Can work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong decisiveness with the ability to work well independently
- Ability to handle a fast-moving environment with many changes and uncertainty
- Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
- Bachelor’s degree holder with major in relevant disciplines
