Warehouse Supervisor – Amazon FBA Shipments
Location: Brampton, ON (Full-Time, On-Site)
Pay: Depends upon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory and shipments.
- Prepare, pack, and label shipments according to Amazon FBA requirements (carton labeling, palletizing, shipping plans).
- Ensure compliance with carrier and Amazon packaging, weight, and dimension standards.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stock rotation.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing staging areas.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Track and report inventory discrepancies to the warehouse lead.
- Support daily operations such as returns, repackaging, and kitting when required.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience (Amazon FBA experience strongly preferred).
- Knowledge: Understanding of Amazon FBA shipment carton/pallet labeling, and compliance standards.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (Excel, or inventory management systems).
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or move for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in labeling, SKU matching, and order verification is essential.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Language: English fluency required (spoken and written).
- Forklift license an asset, but not mandatory.
